Salary & Benefits: €55,000 €65,000 Discretionary bonus Hybrid Pension contribution Flexible start/finish times to support work-life balance No overtime required What Youll Be Doing: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts in line with Irish GAAP and regulatory standards, ensuring accuracy and completeness for both internal stakeholders and client-facing reports.
Report on financial performance through detailed analysis and commentary, supporting internal audit reviews and client presentations.
Support clients with budget management and performance analysis, offering insights that align with audit findings and accounting trends.
Develop financial forecasts and analyse key variances, incorporating audit adjustments and identifying areas of financial risk or inefficiency.
Participate in ad-hoc audit and accounting projects, contributing to the enhancement of internal controls, risk management, and client service delivery.
Enhance reporting systems and procedures, enabling timely and transparent delivery of financial insights for both audit planning and management accounts.
