Job Title: Site Agent

One of Ireland's leading civil contractors is seeking an experienced Site Agent to take the lead on a significant residential development in Kildare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of daily site activities, ensuring the project is completed on schedule and to the highest quality standards.

  • Lead and supervise on-site teams, fostering clear communication and efficient coordination.

  • Collaborate with project managers and senior engineering staff to drive project performance.

  • Monitor progress, proactively address challenges, and ensure full adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

  • Prepare and assess project documents such as plans, reports, and schedules.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience working as a Site Agent on civil engineering projects.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of site operations and health & safety standards.

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and communicate effectively.

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
