What You'll Get Competitive salary Enhanced pension Life assurance Enhanced maternity, paternity & sick pay Private healthcare plan (includes partner and children) Free on-site parking Company events What You'll Do Lead the Sales Ledger function, overseeing invoicing, credit notes, receipts, and statements Supervise and develop a small team, offering support and training Resolve customer and internal finance queries in a timely and professional manner Liaise with stakeholders across departments to ensure accurate financial processes Deliver KPI reports and support month-end reporting Lead or support finance-related process improvement initiatives Identify internal control improvements within administrative processes Support the wider Finance team with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed About You 5+ years' experience in a finance or office administration environment (ideally sales ledger) 3-5 years' experience managing or supervising a small team Strong communication and leadership skills Highly organised, with strong attention to detail Confident working cross-functionally with other teams and external stakeholders Proficient in Excel and familiar with ERP/accounting systems Minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths and English Sound understanding of financial principles and ledger processes For further information on this vacancy, or any other Accountancy & Finance job in Belfast or wider Northern Ireland, please apply via the link below or contact Chanel Gillen in the strictest confidence.
