MEP Planner We are seeking an MEP Planner with 5+ years of experience to join a Tier 1 Main Building Contractor in Dublin The role involves developing, managing, and integrating MEP-specific project schedules for complex builds, coordinating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing timelines from inception through completion.

This position provides an opportunity to work alongside multi-disciplinary teams across Engineering, Design, and Construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and schedule MEP projects.

Set and achieve MEP project objectives, timelines, and milestones.

Manage and oversee MEP schedules and project control tools.

Conduct and lead MEP-focused Interactive Planning Workshops.

Perform critical path development and analysis for MEP workflows.

Utilize MS Project and Primavera P6.

Provide MEP schedule performance updates and reports, highlighting variances and suggesting corrective actions.

Participate in MEP Constructability Reviews.

Communicate MEP tools and targets for achieving project goals.

Candidate Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar MEP planning position or similar.

Experience in Pharma or Data Centre MEP projects is advantageous.

Proficiency with MS Project and Primavera P6.

Strong analytical, communication, and people skills.

Self-motivated and capable of decision-making.

Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation Package: Base salary range of 85k- 95k.
