A leading main contractor with a strong presence across Ireland is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team on major construction projects in Cork.

With a solid pipeline of work and a reputation for delivering landmark builds, this is a great opportunity for a QS with 25 years experience to grow their career within a highly respected company.

Key Responsibilities: Managing project costs from tender through to final account Preparing valuations, cost reports, and variations Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams Ensuring cost control, budget tracking, and value engineering Supporting the Senior QS and Commercial Manager on commercial strategy Requirements: Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline 25 years experience with a main contractor Strong commercial and contractual awareness Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficient in relevant software (e.g.
