We have an exciting opportunity for a supervisor to join our Little Wing Sliced at the SSE, Management team.

As a Supervisor you will provide direction and support to the restaurant team ensuring excellent customer service levels are maintained at all times.

You will work with the General Manager, to maximise revenue, manage costs and maintain high levels of cleanliness throughout the restaurant.

Genuine career progression opportunities to develop into an Assistant Manager within the Little Wing group upon completion of training and showcasing the ability to perform in the role.

This is a full-time position, and you will be expected to work approximately 40 hour per week, (over five shifts including weekends ).

As reward you can expect a competitive hourly rate of £13 paid fortnightly.

We also provide a performance bonus structure, free pizza on shift and a company discount 20% off food in various outlets including Bullitt Hotel, Little Wing Pizzeria, The National and The Cloth Ear.

Essential Criteria 1 years supervisor experience in a customer facing role Proven track record of organisational skills Demonstrate excellent communication skills Passionate about the industry and delivering the best pizza Strong customer focus Desirable Criteria: 1 years supervisor experience in a similar busy table service restaurant NVQ Level 3 in Hospitality Supervisor or Leadership (or similar) WHATS THE DOUGH YOU SAY? Earn£13 per hour, plus a potential £1,250 bonusfor meeting KPIs.
