Life Claims Administrator

This team is responsible for the assessment and administration of Life Claims ensuring our customers receive the support they need.
Are you detail-oriented and passionate about helping people? Do you have a knack for problem-solving and excellent communication skills? If so, we want to hear from you Duties & Responsibilities: Overall administration of new life claims.
Assessment of medical evidence in order to determine validity of claim.
Management of existing claims, including ongoing correspondence and including contact with customers, brokers and solicitors.
Setting up of claim payments ensuring Service level and CPC requirements are met.
Assisting with the administration of post and indexing across the team.
Build positive relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
Skills & Experiences: Good product knowledge of Life, Pensions and Savings & investment products.
Previous experience in Life & Pensions, preferably working in a claims or monies out capacity.
QFA Qualification advantageous, APA qualification at minimum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of MS Office applications.
Proactive approach to problem solving.
Proven ability to demonstrate customer empathy and sensitivity.
