Site Manager

This is a permanent role, ideal for someone from an engineering background with a strong track record in delivering civil infrastructure projectsincluding groundworks, roads, utilities, and public realm works.
The role: As Site Manager, youll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
Youll be the main point of contact on site, managing subcontractors, liaising with engineers and project managers, and maintaining high HSE standards.
Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate site activities, labour, plant, and materials Interpret drawings and specifications to ensure high-quality delivery Oversee site safety, toolbox talks, and compliance checks Report to senior management on project progress Work closely with engineers, clients, and design teams to resolve issues on site Keep detailed daily site records and documentation Criteria: Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline 5+ years experience as a Site Manager in civil engineering Strong technical knowledge of groundworks, concrete, and infrastructure projects Excellent communication and team leadership skills Confident in managing programmes, subcontractors, and health & safety on site Must be eligible to work in Ireland and hold a full clean driving licence For more information on the role, contact Lauren at Talent Curve Recruitment.
