Head Of Psychology

The Head of Psychology will be crucial in shaping new strategies, especially in expanding services for autism and neurodiversity.
This leader will guide the shift to include more than just physical disabilities.
They will oversee the growth of the service to better meet diverse needs.
As a key figure among clinical staff, the Head of Psychology will help turn the vision for new and improved services into reality.
Requirements for the role; Please note if you qualified outside of Ireland you will need validation from the Department Of health.
Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or related field.
Extensive experience in working with individuals with disability Extensive experience in working with individuals with autism and neurodiversity.
Proven track record of strategic leadership and service transformation.
Strong clinical expertise and knowledge of evidence-based practices.
Experience in research and innovation within the field of psychology.
