Operations & Events Manager - Dublin Catering Company My client, a high-quality Event Caterer, seeks a highly polished and creative Operations and Events Manager to lead their Operations team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in luxury Events, Catering, or Hotels with exceptional customer service skills.

If you are a passionate and energetic hospitality manager, this is an excellent opportunity to be involved in all aspects of a small but expanding business.

A Full Clean Drivers license is required, as the role will involve moving to different locations for events, primarily in the Greater Dublin area.

The Candidate: Strong operations background within a Luxury Hotel, Catering, or Events environment, with experience in managing events at the highest level Strong interpersonal skills, commercial acumen, organisational and problem-solving abilities Exceptional attention to detail and high standards Motivating & leading a team of Event & Catering staff A team player, who communicates effectively with both clients and staff, is efficient and has a proven ability to work under pressure Be a selfmotivated person who is passionate about the culture of good food and customer service Part of the Senior Management team & Fully flexible to work varying shifts including weekends Working with the sales team & clients before, during & after events, in managing queries, quotations, and bookings Knowledge of Food Hygiene, Food Quality, and HACCP is preferred Be able to deal with HR issues and documentation, where required For more information contact David in Strictest confidence At Top Staff Hospitality Recruitment, we are always interested in hearing from hospitality professionals who are looking for the next step in their careers, working in Ireland & UK.
