We are a reputable Real Estate Agency with a large portfolio of lettings and sales in both the Residential and Commercial Sector.
We are now seeking another Residential Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join our well-established team and to contribute to the ongoing growth of the company.
The successful candidate will be based at our office on Kimmage Road Lower, Dublin 6w.
Position includes: This exciting role offers a competitive base salary plus commission and a company phone.
Ongoing training and support will be provided.
You will be given the opportunity to develop and progress your career within an expanding company.
Requirements PSRA license Licensed in B, C, D Full clean driving license Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an excellent telephone manner Good knowledge of the Dublin, Meath & Kildare Residential / Commercial Property Market and the RTB legislation Ability to demonstrate good interpersonal skills and great organizational abilities Ability to work on their own initiative and generate new clients/business Motivation, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic Flexibility to cover appointments outside normal working hours A proactive and customer-focused approach to deliver exceptional service Skills: Communication team work Initiative
