Tax Accountant

This role plays a critical part in overseeing the corporate tax compliance of the Company while supporting the development and implementation of tax controls and operational processes.

Responsibilities include: Supporting oversight of tax compliance; Contribute to tax planning; Conduct tax risk assessments; Ad hoc tax consultancy to support different business units and stakeholders on tax related matters such as VAT, corporation tax and transfer pricing; Assist with tax reporting for half-year and year-end financial audits; Support the design and implementation of tax strategies aligned with business goals; Interpreting changes in tax policy and the impact of same on the business; Oversee the execution of control measures and compliance protocols.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Qualified chartered tax advisor ("CTA) and qualified chartered accountant (ACA) (0-2 years PQE) Business degree or equivalent, specialising in Finance, Accounting, or Taxation Exceptional communication skills and strong at building cross functional relationships.
