We are currently recruiting for a Manager for Matheson in Matheson  Location: Matheson Rate of pay: €45,000 per annum Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday Key responsibilities Direct and maintain service standards across departments: Restaurant, Baristra Bar, Hospitality and Events, delegating tasks as necessary.
Oversee service team performance and lead service staff.
Conduct performance reviews, identifying areas of success and improvement.
Manage financial budgets and monitor costs.
Hire and train staff, including temporary and agency staff.
Schedule staff rosters.
Handle employee issues and conflicts.
Ensure customer service satisfaction and build customer confidence.
Manage inventory and order supplies.
Maintain environmental, food safety, health and safety, and sanitation practices.
Stay updated with current industry food and beverage trends.
Foster creativity in food and service ideas.
Coordinate for events, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
