They are seeking a qualified and motivated Financial Accountant to join their dynamic finance team.

Duties: Lead and support period-end close activities, including preparation of P&L and balance sheets across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
Ensure full reconciliation of company balance sheets, including intercompany transactions.
Maintain bank reconciliation integrity, support payroll preparation, and monitor cash flow.
Analyse and report on key cost areas, collaborating with budget holders to ensure financial accuracy and accountability.
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and internal controls.
Contribute to the annual budgeting process and statutory account preparation.
Liaise with external auditors and support audit readiness.
Deliver financial KPIs and present monthly reports to the Finance Director.
Support ad hoc financial analysis and cross-functional projects.
Supervise and mentor junior finance team members.
Skills: Qualified Accountant Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement and operational excellence.
