Employment Law Solicitor

This is a standout opportunity to work on complex, high-value employment law matters for some of Irelands most prominent employers with aclear pathway to partnership for the right individual.
Youll advise across the full spectrum of employment issues, including contentious and non-contentious matters, corporate support, restructurings, investigations, and high-stakes disputes before the WRC and High Court.
The firm boasts an impressive client roster spanning medical, financial services, pharma, and retail To succeed in this role, youll need to be a qualified solicitor with 57 years post-qualification experience in employment law, ideally gained in a well-regarded firm or in-house setting.
You should have strong expertise across both contentious and advisory matters, including experience representing clients before the WRC or courts, advising on complex HR issues, and supporting corporate transactions.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills are essential, along with a commercial mindset and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
