The project is currently in delivery phase and they are looking to source a lead Safety Advisor on site.
The role will report to a Safety Manager who is collaborative and passionate about safety and people.

Responsibilities to include: Carrying out site inspections / audits Ensuring that all health and safety procedures are being adhered to Issuing H&S Templates to the internal team Monitor and report on site Accidents and incidents and report through internal procedures Support and advise on HSE Management and compliance Work with a team to promote a positive safety culture.
Promote a proactive HSE approach/attitude among employees and site staff Experience Required: Degree Qualified preferably in safety or related Previous Commercial Construction Project experience Direct experience of working on site or supporting project related Health & Safety Excellent Communication Skills Commercial Awareness I.
