Senior level Quantity Surveyors with in excess of 6 years experience are required by one of Irelands leading project management and construction cost consultancies based in the heart of Dublin city.
They have a wide ranging project portfolio which includes largescale residential, mixed-use, commercial, educational, data centres and leisure developments across Ireland and internationally.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be ambitious, self-motivated and client facing who can manage multiple projects, liaise with clients, overseeing project delivery and managing a team of junior quantity surveyors.
Other duties include pre/post contract controls, Bo Q, variations, financial reports, commercial management and mentoring and support junior team members.
*Excellent salary & benefits packages, along with career progression* Desired Experience and skills include: Degree level qualification in Quantity Surveying (essential), holding Chartered status with SCSI / RICS, or working towards it Over 6 years post graduate experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Cost Manager gained within a consultancy or developer environment Multi sectoral project experience Excellent client liaison skills and the ability to develop business relationships Pre and post contract cost controls Prepare bills of quantities Good contractual knowledge Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication skills Strong IT skills and proficiency in Cost X beneficial Effective time management, organisational, interpersonal and negotiation skills Previous experience leading junior quantity surveyors Full eligibility to work in Ireland is essential Salary & Benefits €70k-€85k depending on experience Flexible working arrangements Annual Bonus Pension Subsidised Gym membership, healthcare Professional subscription CPD Excellent career prospects Active social club and many more If you are a qualified Quantity Surveyor, Project Quantity Surveyor or Chartered Quantity Surveyor interested in career opportunities in Dublin, please forward your CV to Deborah Byrne for further information.
