Principal Structural Design Engineer Location: Dublin 17 or Dublin 18 Permanent Position, Hybrid available Salary €70k-80k+ DOE + additional benefits An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Principal Structural Design Engineer to join our clients buildings team recognised for delivering high quality, cost-effective and sustainable building projects across a range of sectors, including residential, healthcare, education and commercial.

Requirements: Level 8 qualification n structural/civil engineering.

10+ years post qualification Irish or UK experience.

Experience of mentoring junior engineering staff in all aspects of design.

Structural design experience in accordance with the Eurocodes for concrete, steel, masonry, timber and foundations.

Knowledge/experience of BIM/Revit/Robot.

Experience of building regulations and technical guidance documents.

Good understanding of ethical issues in engineering design, including safety.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Fluent/highly proficient in spoken and written English.

Full driving licence.
