Key Responsibilities: Manage and deliver new build construction projects from start to finish Report directly to the Contracts Manager and Project Director Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation Lead and motivate on-site teams Coordinate subcontractors and labour Conduct risk assessments and follow construction drawings in detail Ensure health and safety compliance across all site activities Liaise with engineers and other key stakeholders Support contract negotiations where necessary Essential Requirements: Proven experience managing new build construction projects Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills Ability to work independently and proactively Full understanding of site-level construction operations Relevant health & safety and site management training Track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budge What we offer: Competitive salary DOE & benefits Full Private Medical Care Package Company Vehicle & Phone Professional Development / Training Skills: New Build Analytical decision-making skills team building skills Technical practical knowledge of the building industry
