An award-winning architectural design consultancy in the heart of Dublin is seeking to appoint a Project Architect to manage medium/largescale leisure and residential developments through to completion.

As a Registered Architect (RIAI/RIBA) with solid site experience in Ireland, you'll play a key role in project delivery.

Overseeing projects through the construction phase, ensuring adherence to design specifications, managing progress, and liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

In addition to leisure and residential developments, youll have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects, including mixed-use, commercial, and retail.

Duties & Responsibilities include: Lead and manage residential developments through the construction stage, ensuring all elements adhere to design and regulatory compliance Collaborate with Directors, project delivery team and communicate with all stakeholders Monitor project progress and ensure it meets all quality, time, and budget targets Experience & Skills required: RIAI/RIBA Registered Architect with a minimum of 3 years post-professional qualification experience Strong site experience in Ireland is essential Previous exposure to medium / largescale projects preferably across residential or leisure developments Strong technical and detailed design skills Proficiency in BIM software is desirable Comprehensive knowledge of current industry regulations Excellent communication, client liaison, and technical skills Previous success managing projects through the construction phase Must hold full eligibility to work in Ireland Salary & Benefits include: €55k - €65k DOE Hybrid Working Bonus Life Assurance and Pension Vibrant Workplace with active social activities If you're a driven and experienced Architect looking to work on exciting projects and advance your career with a leading practice, wed love to hear from you.
