You'll work closely with production teams to maintain the highest standards of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in line with BRC accreditation and company policies.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about food safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Our clients site is commutable from Carlow, Kildare and Wicklow.
What Youll Do: Manage food safety, QMS and environmental compliance.
Train and support teams on technical policies and documents.
Manage supplier performance and approvals.
Lead and participate in Food Safety & HACCP teams.
Maintain and update quality manuals, policies, and procedures.
Handle product recalls, quarantines, and rejections when necessary.
Ensure compliance with BRC accreditation standards.
Order necessary technical supplies to maintain quality standards.
What Were Looking For: A degree in Food Science or a related field (preferred but not essential).
Experience in Quality Assurance, ideally in food manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and BRC standards.
Familiarity with retail and supplier software (e.g., Zoom, Aldi APP).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
A proactive, detail-focused mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment.
