Finishing Foreman Finishing Foreman required for a Tier 1 Main Building Contractor to work on an apartment complex in Finglas, North Dublin.
Our client has about a year left on this project and has several other similar schemes starting in North County Dublin over the next 6 months.
The successful Finishing Foreman will be responsible for the overseeing the finishing on one of the blocks which includes over 100 apartments.
Required: Carpentry background Must have worked as a Finishing Foreman for a Main Building Contractor or Developer in Ireland or the UK previously Strong communication skills Ability to lead a team The ability to work to tight deadlines Good eye for detail Package: Salary circa €70,000 - €80,000 Strong Benefits Package Travel allowance / company vehicle If you are a Finishing Foreman considering a career move, please feel to send your CV or contact Alannah Mongey on for a confidential discussion.
