Duties/Responsibilities: Service/Maintenanceof Fire Alarm/Security/Emergency Lightingsystemsincludingfault finding Repair/Installationof Fire Alarm/Security/Emergency Lightingsystems Respondto Call Out Requestsduringworkinghourswithinagreedtimescales(allocatedona geographic proximity basis) Share/Participateinour On Call Rota Schedule(Outof Hours) Utilising our Mobile Work Management App electronically record maintenance activity /parts used Interact face to face with Customers on site regarding their maintenance requirements, to includegeneratingappropriate Service Certificationandobtainagreement/signaturefrom client Attend staff meetings / toolbox talks, undertake staff training / courses as deemed necessary to perform the Fire Alarm Engineer role and to enhance your skill set and experience Candidates will require the following essential criteria: Provenfieldserviceexperienceandstrongworkingknowledgeof Conventional/ Addressable fire alarm systems and emergency lighting systems Minimum of 3 years' experienceworking in the fire / security industry, in a similar role Full Clean Driving Licence Strongattentiontodetail Strongwrittencommunication Abilitytoholdanautonomousroleanddemonstrategoodtimemanagement Comfortableusingfield-basedworkmanagementsoftware Applicantsmusthavetheabilitytoworkontheirowninitiativeandaspartofateam Applicantsmustbewellpresentedwithapositive,proactive,andprofessionalapproach Applicantsmustbeabletosupplysuitablecharacterreferencesand Gardaclearance Align with our Behaviours and Attitudes (Integrity, Passionate, Accountable, Supportive, Professional) Desirable Criteria Itwouldbeadvantageoustohaveexperiencemaintainingsome/allofthefollowing: Access Control Systems, Flow Switch Testing, CCTV Systems, Disabled Refuge, Smoke Vents, Fire Curtains, Intruder Alarms, PAT, Automatic Fire Suppression Systems Highlyorganisedandcustomerfocused Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good presentation (ensuring company vehicle, uniform and paperwork promote a professional image) The Package Company Van, Phone, Fuel Card,and Uniform HSFHealth Plan Pension Scheme(ifindividualwishestooptin) Cycleto Work Scheme Continual Professional Developmentwithtimeallowedfortrainingwiththe opportunityfor progression in a fast-growing company Potentialtodevelopskillsindifferentareasoffiresafetyservices,includingfiresuppression Teambuilding Days/Tripsaway 20dayspaidholidaysplusstatutorydays Additional Holidayfor Birthday Allowance
