Job Title: Construction Project Manager Location: South Dublin Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent Sector: Residential Construction Apartment Development Salary: €95-110k + vehicle + benefits About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and driven Construction Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a high-profile multi-unit apartment development in South Dublin.
This is a key leadership role with responsibility for the end-to-end management of a large-scale residential project, from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
You will work closely with the development, design, and site teams, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all construction activities on site Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet agreed milestones Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and local authorities Lead on-site teams and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with health & safety standards Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings Report to senior management on project performance, risks, and cost control Manage procurement, logistics, and quality assurance processes Resolve technical or logistical issues that arise during construction Requirements: Minimum 7 years experience in a project management role within residential or mixed-use developments Proven track record managing large-scale apartment or multi-unit developments from start to finish Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and planning processes Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Proficiency in project management tools (e.g.
