We are currently recruiting a skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of structural steel projects across Munster, starting with a key industrial build in Cork.

The role involves managing projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record delivering medium-to-large scale structural or industrial projects and be comfortable travelling across sites in the region.

Key Responsibilities: Manage structural steel and cladding installation from mobilisation to handover Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, design consultants, and suppliers Maintain programme schedules, budgets, and resource planning Ensure health & safety, quality, and compliance standards are met Resolve technical and site issues efficiently Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships Manage project documentation, procurement, and close-out procedures Requirements: Degree in Civil, Structural Engineering, or Construction Management 5+ years experience managing structural steel, industrial, or commercial projects Strong technical knowledge of steel erection, fabrication, roofing and cladding Excellent communication, planning, and commercial awareness Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Auto CAD, etc.) Full clean driving licence willingness to travel across Munster Skills: Project Management Roofing and Cladding Structural Steel
