Senior Quantity Surveyor Fit-Out & Construction ?? Belfast-Based with Projects Across Ireland (Primarily Dublin) ?? Full-Time | Permanent ?? Highly Competitive Salary (Negotiable DOE) About the Company Our client, a leading name in the Fit-Out and Construction industry, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic and growing team.

With a strong presence across Ireland and a particular focus on high-end hospitality and luxury projects in central Dublin, this company is known for delivering excellence in quality, design, and execution.

The Role This is an exciting opportunity to take a key commercial role on projects ranging from £50,000 to £5 million.

You will be joining a team that prides itself on its collaborative environment, professionalism, and ambition.

Based from serviced offices in Belfast or Dublin, youll have flexibility and full support to perform at your best.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage project budgets and cost control Prepare tender and contract documentation Carry out site valuations and progress reports Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and project teams Ensure timely and accurate reporting on all financial aspects of the projects Manage procurement and payment processes The Ideal Candidate Will Have: A minimum of 3 years' experience in Quantity Surveying, ideally within fit-out or bespoke joinery sectors Proven experience managing the commercial aspects of medium to large-scale projects Strong communication and negotiation skills A proactive attitude and desire to grow within a fast-paced, expanding company A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management Whats on Offer: Above-average salary, tailored to your experience (discussed at interview) Company mobile phone and laptop Serviced office access in both Belfast and Dublin Opportunity to work on some of Irelands most prestigious fit-out and hospitality projects A clear path for career progression in a supportive and ambitious team Interested?
