International Claims Handler

This is a technically focused claims role supporting the review and performance oversight of outsourced claims handlers and TPAs across Europe.
The role would suit an experienced motor claims professional with experience including property damage and personal injury, and who is comfortable managing technical queries, analysing trends, and building relationships across jurisdictions.
Your Role Review claims handling processes delivered by third-party providers across Europe Identify opportunities for performance improvement and cost reduction Monitor SLA compliance and claims handling standards Analyse claims data for trends and anomalies Prepare reports and oversee follow-up actions with service providers Handle technical claims queries from clients, partners and internal stakeholders Support new programme launches and claims insourcing initiatives Contribute to departmental policy and process updates Your Skills Minimum CIP qualified (or grandfathered equivalent) 3+ years' motor claims handling experience, ideally including BI or litigation Strong relationship management and communication skills Ability to manage claims through to settlement independently Experience dealing with TPAs or in-house claims teams across jurisdictions Strong attention to detail and analytical capability Willingness to travel internationally (typically 4-5 trips per year) A second European language (e.g.
