Quality/ EHS Manager: Join a rapidly growing engineering company as a Quality Manager with some responsibility over the EHS team.

Bring your expertise to drive the quality agenda and make a significant impact.

This opportunity is deal for candidates located in North Dublin, Louth, or West Meath.

Although this position focuses predominantly on Quality the ideal candidate will also manage 2 EHS Specialists, some exposure to EHS is preferred.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and report on the company's Quality and Environmental, Health, and Safety systems.

Foster a proactive improvement culture in Quality and EHS.

Communicate and educate employees on new and updated SOPs Collaborate cross-functionally with the leadership group to drive quality culture and adherence.

Facilitate the maintenance and management of quality through systems, quality control implementation and adherence, audits, inspections, and the establishment of high standards and expectations for employee service excellence.

Conduct quality planning, including setting and measuring related KPIs aligned with business and client expectations.

Coordinate and execute external audits, such as ISO and EN1090.

Plan and manage the audit schedule for the Quality programme (including 3rd party audits), ensuring development of audit plans and follow-up.

Coordinate quality-related training needs and engage staff and leadership on performance delivery.

Essential skills and experience: Third level qualification in Quality, Engineering or similar 7+ years in Quality Assurance, people management experience is essential The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with customers from a highly regulated sector Certified Lead Auditor: Working knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 standardsand integrated management systems.
