Ensure all submissions meet compliance, regulatory, and client standards.

Cost Analysis Create cost estimates by evaluating materials, labor, equipment, and other resources.
Assess financial and production feasibility of proposals.
Identify risks and collaborate on mitigation strategies to balance costs and efficiency.

Collaboration and Communication Work closely with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to align proposals with operational capabilities.

Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits to ensure thorough understanding of project requirements.
Effectively transition successful bids to project execution teams, highlighting key milestones, risks, and non-standard conditions.

Required Skills and Qualifications Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
35 years of relevant experience in engineering or project-based roles, ideally within a design or manufacturing environment.
Technical Expertise Solid understanding of engineering concepts and electrical distribution systems.
Familiarity with cost estimation and tender preparation tools.
Knowledge of project management methodologies is an advantage.
Competencies Analytical Thinking: Strong capability to interpret technical requirements and create precise cost models.
