Senior BIM Coordinator Location: Dublin (Office-based) Employment Type: Full-Time Transport Requirement: Own transport required (no access to public transport) Purpose of the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior BIM Coordinator to join our in-house team, contributing to the delivery of complex, construction-related projects.

This position requires a collaborative and solutions-focused professional who can engage with internal and external stakeholders to support the successful coordination of BIM deliverables across multiple disciplines.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities Use Building Information Modelling (BIM) software to develop coordinated 3 D models and associated technical drawings Liaise with BIM Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Project Supervisor to ensure alignment across teams Input and manage model elements to meet required levels of graphical and data detail Perform clash detection and produce weekly clash reports Coordinate and monitor incoming/shared models from design and construction teams Lead and facilitate weekly BIM coordination meetings Produce project visuals, images, and drawings as requested by the Project Manager Develop BIM models using Revit and Auto CAD for mechanical and electrical (M&E) coordination Manage asset data and COBie information within models Generate as-built drawings and Asset Information Models (AIM) Support BIM delivery across both live and tender-stage projects Create mechanical and electrical schematics in Auto CAD Produce high-quality images for project reports using BIM model renders Ensure adherence to the company's Quality, Health, and Safety Management System and Safety Statement Utilise point cloud data when available (experience advantageous) Candidate Requirements Experience: Experience in BIM coordination using Revit and Navisworks Technical Proficiency: Advanced user of Revit, Navisworks, Auto CAD, and MS Office Background: Mechanical or Electrical trade background is an advantage Skills: Strong communication and organisational abilities Proven problem-solving and issue-resolution capabilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multi-functional teams Demonstrated experience in M&E services coordination essential Experience working with COBie data and asset models preferred Familiarity with point cloud data processing is an advantage Additional Information This is an office-based role located in Dublin Due to limited public transport access, own transport is essential For more information on this great opportunity don't hesitate to reach out Skills: BIM Revit Navisworks
