G1 Search is thrilled to be exclusively partnering with an established organisation dedicated to providing customer-focused services across Ireland, to appoint a Finance Director.

We are seeking a strategic and commercially astute Finance Director who will drive financial sustainability while ensuring that the organisations mission and purpose remain at the core of decision-making.

The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of customer-centric services, providing leadership to ensure both operational excellence and mission alignment.

As Finance Director, you will manage the organisations financial operations, overseeing a growing turnover across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Reporting to the Managing Director and accountable to the Board, you will lead a high-performing finance team, offering strategic guidance and supporting the achievement of financial and organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the financial strategy and planning, balancing commercial growth with customer-focused decisions.

Oversee financial operations across multiple entities, ensuring financial governance, compliance, and risk management.

Communicate complex financial information clearly to senior leadership and board members, providing actionable insights for strategic decisions.

Engage with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and alignment.

Drive innovation in financial processes, ensuring the use of technology to improve systems and operations.

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.

Required Experience: Strategic leadership experience within a fast-paced finance function, with expertise in managing complex financial structures.

Strong commercial acumen with experience working within a customer-focused service environment.

Proven experience in effectively communicating complex information to senior management and board members.

Demonstrated ability in managing large budgets and driving financial performance.

Experience in driving innovation, with a proven track record of identifying and implementing innovative improvements to financial processes and operational efficiencies.

Staff management experience, with the ability to lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
