Our clients are leading Irish [large, mid-tier, boutique] and International [new entrants & established] firms.
We can also facilitate corporate lawyers from leading Irish/International firms in Dublin looking for a move to London.
Ideally you will have experience in all or some of the following; Corporate/Commercial Solicitorswill ideally have a minimum of 6 months to 1 years PQE and/or trained with Tier 1/Tier 2/Tier 3 Ranked firms, Top/Mid or boutique law firms in Ireland, Northern Ireland or the UK.
Those with relevant Corporate/Commercial experience looking to move back from In-House/Industry.
Experience in M&A / Cross-Border M&A and Private Equity Deals Experience in corporate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, venture capital and private equity.
Experience in shareholder agreements, joint ventures, corporate structures and company law.
Exits including trade sales, mergers and IPOs.
Seed capital and growth financing rounds.
Corporate re-organisations/re-structurings Corporate governance Excellent technical and drafting skills, with an exceptional attention to detail.
