Power Platform Developer

Share Point/Power Platform Developer Location : Dublin Hybrid Duration : Permanent Key Responsibilities Software Development: Develop solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Share Point SPFx, Microsoft Teams, Office Add-ins, Microsoft Graph, Microsoft Identity Platform, Adaptive Cards, Fluent UI Web Components, Fluid Framework, Microsoft Dataverse, and Visual Studio.
Work within and improve existing development frameworks and standards.
Solution Design: Design, develop and deploy robust solution architectures that align with user needs and business goals.
Participate in the collection and analysis of data to support solution design, including working with business (when required) to understand solution requirements.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test processes and cases to ensure the quality of developed solutions.
Maintenance and Support: Provide support for existing systems, diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
Continuous Improvement: Continually update technical knowledge and skills and drive the adoption of best practices within the team.
Project Management: Assist in project planning and management tasks as needed.
Designing, developing, testing and maintaining business applications which are heavily dependent on Share Point Online, SPFx, Power platform and the MS365 stack.
Migratinglegacy applications to cloud based Microsoft architecture solutions, following best practices and standards.
Collaboratingwith others to understand the requirements, design the solutions, implement the features, test the functionality and deploy the applications.
Supportingthe Product Management function with more complex product or product integration assessments.
Working with other members of the small team toimprovesoftware development practices and frameworks.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Essential: Minimum of2 years' experience in software development, with a strong focus onclient-side technologiessuch as Type Script, React, and Angular.
Proven ability todesign and implement low-code/no-code solutionsto streamline business processes.
Solid understanding ofsystem integration, particularly through RESTful APIs.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools, especially Share Point Online.
Proficient in using Gitfor version control, including branching strategies, pull requests, and collaborative workflows.
Desirable: Prior experience developing with the Share Point Framework (SPFx).
Familiarity with building Office Add-ins, particularly for Microsoft Word and Outlook.
Proficiency in Power Shell scripting, especially using Pn P Power Shell for managing and enhancing Share Point Online environments.
Exposure to Microsoft Teams development and Azure services such as Azure Functions, Key Vault, Azure Storage, etc.
Working knowledge of the Microsoft Graph API for accessing Microsoft 365 data and services.
Experience in the legal domain or other professional services areas an advantage.
Experience working in an Agile environment, with a strong understanding of backlog management using methodologies such as Kanban or Scrum.
Capability to work independently and collaboratively, communicate effectively with stakeholders and deliver high quality solutions within deadlines with the flexibility needed as part of a small team.
Candidates should hold appropriate RTWs for Ireland i.e.
Stamp1 G, Stamp 4, Irish/British/EU passport.
