We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support projects from initiation to closeout.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for Quantity Surveyors with excellent people skills, who can work in partnership at all levels.
Key Responsibilities- Pre-Contract: Preparing capital cost estimates, advice on building economics, producing lifecycle cost estimates, and drafting contract packages.
- Tendering Phase: Providing advice on tendering procedures, drafting instructions to tenderers, commercial evaluation of tender submissions, and negotiation with tenderers.
- Post Contract: Valuing progress on site for interim certificates, ascertainment of amounts due to contractors, valuing proposed instructions, and determination of amounts of claims.

Quantity Surveying Degree required. Minimum of 5 years experience in a consultant environment carrying out pre and post contract duties. Excellent organizational skills with an ability to produce accurate work to project deadlines.
