Do you have a passion and love for the hair and beauty industry? If so, this is the role for you Due to expansion, our client one of Dublins leading Hair & Beauty Salons have an exciting opportunity available for a Front of House Salon Co-ordinator.
This role is a full-time permanent role and we are looking for candidates who can thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.
Main duties include: Meet & greet clients on a daily basis along with providing high level of customer service at all times.
Call handling, Taking bookings/Diary management on Phorest Software.
Processing transactions (cash and credit cards) and issuing receipts.
Responsible for supervising front of house, along with the hair and beauty team.
A mature approach to intelligent consultative selling / Promoting retail and salon treatments The ideal candidate will have the following: 2-3yrs front of house experience within the hair and beauty industry Excellent organisational and excellent communication skills Computer literacy and the ability to learn the salon appointment booking system (training provided).
Prior experience of Phorest booking systems would be an advantage Cash and stock management experience If this role is of interest to you, please apply with your updated CV for immediate consideration.
