Key Responsibilities: The successful Structural Technician will produce accurate and reliable 2 D structural drawings and 3 D REVIT models.
The role offers the chance to work in a fantastic environment in a prime location.
Current Projects Include: Residential development with 226 units (houses & apartments) in Dublin A 13-storey build-to-rent residential development consisting of 102 units plus amenities and a café in Dublin Various hotel projects in Dublin Project values range from €10m to €200m+, offering a diverse mix of projects both nationally and internationally.
Role & Requirements: Level 8 Degree in Civil Engineering/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
5+ years experience in a design consultancy Good understanding of structural details and building methods Ideally, the Structural Technician will be proficient in Auto CAD/Revit Experience working with other disciplines and personnel in the use of CAD/BIM tools Compensation & Benefits: Salary: €45 K - €55 K+ depending on experience.
