Manufacturing Team Member Location: Annacotty Industrial Estate Department: Operations Reports To: Team Leader / Production Supervisor Job Type: Full-time | Shift Work About the Role: Were currently seeking motivated and reliable Manufacturing Team Members to join our Operations team.
In this role, youll be working in a cleanroom environment manufacturing high-quality medical device components.
Youll follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and strict quality standards to ensure products meet all specifications.
Key Responsibilities: Manufacture products according to standard operating procedures and production schedules Conduct 100% inspection of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards Perform product testing using measurement and testing equipment Accurately complete all required documentation (paper and electronic) Communicate effectively with colleagues, Team Leaders, and Supervisors Maintain cleanliness and order around your work area and equipment Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations Assist with training new team members Maintain high output, yield, and efficiency levels Always adhere to Quality, GMP, and EHS standards What Were Looking For: Leaving Cert (or equivalent) is required Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment Strong mechanical aptitude (via work, hobbies, or education) Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures Good time management and organizational skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Comfortable reading and interpreting technical documents Why Join Us?
