Compensation: up to €120k basic Location: D8 (fully on site) Job type: Full-time, contract Our manufacturing client is looking to welcome a Finance Director to join the business.
Reporting to the MD, you will oversee the full finance function, assess drivers of profitability and develop plans to achieve strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee Finance function, with particular focus on cost management, risk management, cash flow, controls and business intelligence Ensure the accurate and timely preparation/submission of monthly and year-end financial and monthly management accounts Identify revenue and margin improvement opportunities through data mining and analysis to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the company Be a key partner in the development of the strategy with growth plans Identify commercial, financial and economic risks Ad-hoc duties as required Key Skills: Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with experience at #1 FC/FD level.
Experienced senior finance/accounting professional with a manufacturing background A hands-on get it done mentality and approach to work Ability to thrive and deliver success with a small team Highly adaptable, dynamic and can pivot as the business scales
