Key Responsibilities: As a Catering Assistant, youll play a crucial role in delivering outstanding food services.

Your main tasks will include: Preparing and serving meals and beverages to meet individual dietary requirements.

Delivering meals to patient wards and assisting when necessary to ensure comfort.

Following HACCP procedures and infection control policies.

Monitoring and organising food supplies while minimising waste through stock rotation.

Supporting kitchen staff with preparation tasks to optimise meal delivery.

Maintaining cleanliness in food preparation areas, utensils, and equipment to comply with health and safety standards.

Helping with waste management and recycling according to healthcare protocols.

Qualifications Were Looking For: We are seeking enthusiastic and committed individuals who thrive in healthcare or catering environments.

The ideal candidate should have: 6 months to 1 year of experience in catering, particularly in healthcare or high-volume settings.

Legal eligibility to work in Ireland and successful Garda Vetting clearance.

5 years worth of relevant work references.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

A strong focus on infection control and hygiene.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and Bank Holidays.

A full drivers licence is desirable for easy accessibility to the location.
