About the Role We are recruiting a Brand Ambassador to represent one of Irelands most established and esteemed luxury brands, Newbridge Silverware, renowned for elegant collections across jewellery, homeware, tableware, and giftware.

This role is pivotal in ensuring a premium in-store experience, blending exceptional visual presentation with proactive selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills at store level.

Negotiate with store management to secure optimum visibility, shelf positioning, and stock availability.

Ensure consistent, high-standard visual merchandising aligned with brand guidelines and seasonal promotions.

Regularly audit stores to confirm they carry the appropriate product range, proactively addressing any gaps.

Build and develop positive, professional relationships with store management, becoming the trusted representative of the brand.

Provide insightful feedback regarding competitor activity and market trends.

Support promotional events, product launches, and in-store activities to boost customer engagement and sales.

Efficiently use digital tools for detailed reporting on store visits, stock management, and merchandising standards.

Requirements Proven experience in sales and visual merchandising roles, ideally within premium retail.

Strong negotiation and influencing skills to drive sales growth and optimal product positioning.

Exceptional attention to detail and a talent for premium product presentation.

Excellent communication skills to build and maintain relationships from shop floor to management level.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and basic IT reporting tools.

Full clean driving licence.

Flexibility to travel regularly between various store locations in Ireland.
