Meath The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious 4-star hotel located in the heart of Trim to recruit an experienced and passionate Deputy General Manager.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a well-established property that is renowned for its warm hospitality, excellent service, and commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences.

As Deputy General Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel.

Your leadership will ensure service excellence across all departments, support the achievement of business objectives, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and guest satisfaction.

This is a hands-on role for a people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard hospitality environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities: Support the General Manager in the overall running of the hotel, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Lead and motivate departmental teams to achieve service and revenue targets.

Maintain high standards across all departments including front office, food & beverage, housekeeping, and events.

Drive customer satisfaction and actively manage guest feedback.

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring.

Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and operational procedures.

Foster a positive work culture, focused on training, development, and staff retention.

Candidate Requirements: Previous experience as a Deputy General Manager or Senior Hotel Manager within a 4-star or similar property.

Proven track record in operational leadership, staff management, and guest service delivery.

Strong understanding of financial performance metrics and operational controls.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Candidates must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland (ROI).

Visa sponsorship and relocation packages are not provided.
