Carroll OKeeffe are looking for an experienced Project Manager who thrives in high-value, fast-paced environments to take full ownership from pre-construction to handover.
This project will be a fixed term project based in Co.
Kildare This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role that combines technical excellence, team management, and direct client engagement.
You'll be backed by a highly experienced senior management team and enjoy a fixed-term project location with clearly defined scope and stability.
Duties & Responsibilities Lead the full project lifecycle planning, procurement, construction, and final handover.
Take ownership of all site operations, team leadership, and programme delivery.
Collaborate closely with the Design Manager and stakeholders to resolve design issues quickly and efficiently.
Oversee procurement schedules, trade package scopes, and contracts with support from QS and Contracts Managers.
Ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and cost control, including BIM implementation and BC(A)R coordination.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and authorities.
Chair weekly progress, site, and QA meetings following up on actions to maintain momentum.
Use platforms like Procore to track site diaries, documentation, photos, and progress updates.
Mentor and develop your team fostering accountability and professional growth.
Requirements Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar.
3+ years of experience in a project management capacity.
Extensive experience in managing high-value commercialbuilds Proven success leading complex construction projects from start to finish.
Strong working knowledge of Irish building regulations, BC(A)R, and H&S legislation.
Proficient with Microsoft Project, Procore, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Full clean drivers license.
