Conveyancing Paralegal Belfast Full-Time An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join a long-established and well-regarded law firm based in Belfast.

This role offers the chance to work closely with an experienced legal team, supporting a busy conveyancing caseload in a collaborative and professional environment.

The Role: As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting solicitors across all stages of residential property transactions.

Responsibilities will include: Assisting with sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfer of equity files Drafting legal documentation and correspondence Conducting property searches and reviewing title documentation Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other legal professionals Managing files from instruction to post-completion Preparing completion statements and SDLT/Land Registry submissions The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in residential conveyancing (either in a paralegal or legal support capacity) Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines A client-focused and proactive approach Familiarity with case management systems is desirable Why Apply?
