We are recruiting for an enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to provide quality service to our guests, in line with the Forbes Five Star standards and The Red Carnation Hotels standards We are seeking Waitress'/Waiters across our dining outlets: Cullen's at The Cottage The Drawing Room Connaught Room The Dungeon Your main responsibilities as a Waitress/Waiter will include providing our guests with a seamless dining experience, taking orders, recommending dishes and liaising with the kitchen carefully to ensure an excellent service.
