Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Consultant/Sr. Consultant to join our expanding Consulting team. The role offers a chance to contribute to and support a variety of client engagements in the Asset and Project management space.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in Asset management within the Financial Services sector, helping to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Support delivery of consulting projects in asset management, including process improvement and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain familiarity with asset management regulations like SEC rules, MiFID II, etc.
  • Stay updated on trends and regulatory changes.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Collaborate with teams and stakeholders for project success.
  • Prepare project documentation: plans, reports, RAID logs, status updates.
  • Participate in workshops and data collection exercises.
  • Support senior management in project delivery.
  • Identify growth opportunities and assist in business development, including proposals and presentations.
  • Facilitate workshops to define project scopes and requirements.
  • Support business development initiatives, including proposal preparation.
Skills and Experience
  • Degree with strong academic record.
  • 2-3 years relevant experience in asset management or related consulting roles.
  • Strong understanding of asset management operations and regulations.
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools is a plus.
Skills and Competencies
  • Experience managing high-quality projects in a consulting environment.
  • Broad industry experience, especially in Financial Services and Asset Management.
  • Proven ability to support projects through all stages.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and client service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Experience supporting business development and preparing proposals.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
