Tax Manager

Established industry firm who are seeking to appoint a Tax Manager due to succession planning.
Responsibilities
- Oversee corporate tax compliance and reporting obligations (Irish and international), including preparation and review of corporation tax returns and tax provisions.
- Manage tax audits and queries from Revenue and liaise with external advisors to ensure accurate, timely responses.
- Provide tax advisory support on business initiatives such as mergers & acquisitions, cross-border transactions, transfer pricing, and financing structures.
- Monitor tax risks and planning opportunities, keeping senior leadership updated on changes in Irish and international tax legislation.
Ideal for
- CTA or Dual Qualified Tax Professional Trained in Practice.
- Must be eligible to work in Ireland; no visa available.
- Corporate tax experience is required but candidates from other tax heads may be considered.
