Overview

O\'Brien\'s Wines is seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead one of our stores in Sandymount. You\'ll be responsible for driving store performance, managing daily operations, and aligning with company objectives to maintain high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Business Development: Achieve sales targets, create a business plan, and engage with customers to drive growth.
  • Stock Management: Ensure accurate stock ordering, maintain stock availability, and proactively address stock issues.
  • Cost Control: Manage overhead costs, including wages, uniforms, and training, to ensure efficient operations.
  • Store Standards: Maintain merchandising and cleanliness standards, ensuring products are correctly priced and well-stocked.
  • Staff Management: Lead and motivate the team, ensuring high performance, positive presentation, and adherence to policies.
  • Customer Care: Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure exceptional service through your team.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Passionate about Wine: WSET qualifications preferred.
  • Customer-Focused: Strong dedication to delivering a high-end shopping experience.
  • Experienced: Proven management experience in retail.
  • Motivated & Energetic: A positive, high-energy leader with a desire to grow in the retail sector.
