We are currently recruiting a LIVE IN HOME CARE ASSISTANT to live in our client's home providing care from Monday 12:00pm until Friday 12:00pm including overnights, or Friday 12:00pm until Monday 12:00pm including overnights.

The quality of our service depends on the quality of our carers. The successful candidate should enjoy working with clients to provide a range of services including companionship, personal support, meal preparation and mobility assistance.

Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship and personal support to clients in their homes
  • Assist with daily living activities and mobility
  • Prepare meals and support with nutrition as required
  • Support clients in maintaining independence and dignity
Qualifications
  • Cheerful, caring, positive and dependable
  • Experience in providing care in the home or a healthcare setting
  • A Level 5 QQI Healthcare qualification (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential; QQI training is provided if you have care experience
  • Pass Garda Clearance
  • Have suitable character references
  • Have suitable permission to work
  • Fluent English
