The HR Officer has a key role in managing and enhancing the overall administration of our HR activities.

Requirements:

  1. Ideally have experience in a similar role.
  2. 3rd Level HR Qualification (CIPD Membership is preferred but not essential)
  3. In-depth knowledge of employment legislations, immigration law, and relevant legislation in the areas outlined below.
  4. Attention to detail is a pre-requisite.
  5. Ability to work on your own initiative.
  6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  7. Strong interpersonal skills.
  8. Ability to prioritize your workload.
  9. Sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  10. Self-motivated and driven.

Responsibilities:

  1. Managing the full employee lifecycle, including but not limited to attraction, recruitment, on-boarding, retention, training and development.
  2. Managing inductions for new employees.
  3. Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  4. Provide support and guidance on a wide range of ER issues.
  5. Promote a positive and engaged work environment.
  6. Identify training and development needs, as well as facilitating team building activities.
  7. Conduct and support the Disciplinary and Grievances, ensuring the accurate and timely resolution and documentation of the issues or concerns raised.
  8. Keeping up-to-date with all relevant employment legislation, upcoming regulatory developments, and trends.
