As Okta' SMB Sales Director you will...
- Manage a team of Account Executives targeting the SMB market in France and Italy
- Design and execute on a strong business plan for the French and Italian SMB markets
- Coach your team in all aspects of sales structure (we use MEDDPICC) new logo prospecting and pipeline generation, territory management and closing opportunities.
- Act as an integral member of the SMB Sales leadership team supporting growth initiatives, strategy and insight for the entire EMEA region.
- Partner with Recruitment to attract and hire the very best talent for your team, with a passion and focus on growing talent from within.
- Build a winning culture through leading by example, setting expectations, providing coaching and mentorship and holding teams accountable.
- Experience leading a team of Account Executives including all aspects of hiring, performance management, talent calibration and reporting.
- Ability to drive pipeline generation and new logo acquisition.
- Knowledge of MEDDICC or similar sales methodology.
- Experience working and selling in fast paced SaaS organisations.
- Data driven mindset with a strong understanding of metrics
- Fluency in French & English - Italian is a nice to have
